We were very excited to receive an external assessment of our organisation through NFP House, showing that we are working at a very high level.

Ongoing feedback from participants shows benefits to mentors, mentees, families, schools and communities. (See our website for more details). We now have 8 schools involved, plus we were asked to mentor current and past students from the WA Governor's SPARKS of the Future program.

In 2024 we introduced a Student Leadership Team, with 2-3 students from each school working with us on 2 way feedback and camp planning.

Our 2nd annual camp was a great success with a Career Expo, Robotics, Personal and Social development program, Hip Hop- getting the kids to create a lyrics and a WBYM song, Team Building and Catapult Build, Bonfire, Quiz Night, Commando Crawl, Minute to Win It games and a visit to Government House for our Student Leadership Team.

Planning has commenced for the 2025 camp June 30th to July 2nd.

Our program for the 2024 camp from August 12-14 is looking amazing. Some very excited students waiting to come to Perth, meet their mentors and complete some great activities.
The student leadership team is also heading to Government House for a visit!
